Refund Policy

1. Overview
MandarinLab ("MandarinLab", "we", "us", or "our") provides digital products and services for creating educational materials. Payments are processed by Armitage Labs OÜ, operating as Creem ("Creem"), our Merchant of Record, who handles all billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
2. Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to issue refunds after this period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@mandarinlab.studio with your account email and reason for the refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your MandarinLab account dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period;
- No further charges will be made;
- No partial refund will be issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.
5. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases, such as image credit packs, are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If no credits have been consumed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- Renewal charges (you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date);
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (unless approved on a case-by-case basis);
- Image credit packs where credits have already been consumed;
- Violation of our Terms of Service;
- Misuse or abuse of the refund policy.
